Free Creative Expressions Samplers:

Remember what it was like to be innocent, free from fear, and curious about the world?

When you used paint to make marks, splashes, and drips on paper just to see what would happen? (Visual & kenetic experimentation).

When word games were explorations into the world of giggles? (Fearless verbal exploration.)

When you could bang on a pot with a wooden spoon to see what sounds you could make? (Creative rhythm & sound.)

Experience that joy of life again in a Free Creative Expressions Sampler.

Creativity is an essential component of being human whether you describe yourself as “artistic” or regularly affirm that you are a “just the facts” kind of person. The samplers are a taste of Creative Expressions I, where there are opportunities to:

Utilize a variety of personal expressive techniques,

Practice exercises based on psychology and science,

Acquire tools for creatively coping with life’s glitches,

Awaken, expand, and deepen your creativity,

Discover and enjoy your authentic self,

Experience new ways of communicating (visually, verbally, & rhythmically),

Develop your personal pathways to inner peace,

And exercise your brain.

Since 2005, this ever-evolving program has been presented in a variety of venues for people in many stages of life. Participants report acquiring new ways of seeing the world, self, and relationships; an ever-growing ability to make authentic behavioral choices; and to live with joy in daily life.

All participants at Samplers and Workshops receive a landscape art print by Kristen Boyesen.

Free Sampler Workshops are in need of hosting locations. If you can provide space for 4 to 15 people at your home or facility for a 2-hour Creative Expressions Sampler, please contact Kristen at (two one six)-577-9874. Samplers are available for adults only or for families (one participating adult is required for each child). Your choice!

Hosts receive a $10 workshop credit for each guest at their Sampler who registers for a Creative Expressions workshop with a $20 down payment. Kristen is scheduling now for Samplers to begin on Monday June 6.

Sampler participants who sign up for a Creative Expressions I workshop with a $20 deposit while at a Sampler receive $10 off the $70 workshop fee. The Sampler is free, and there is no obligation to sign up for a workshop. One free Sampler per person, please, though hosts may host as many times as they wish.

All Samplers must have a minimum of 4 participants (or 4 parent/child duos). The maximum, 10 to 20, depends on the venue. Do you have a large back yard (and alternate rain-space)?

After locations and dates are set, guests may sign up with Kristen, through Meetup or with the host.
